First floor, beachside apartment in Perranporth with sea views! 5 Penhale is in the very popular Atlantic Bay complex and was fully renovated in March 2024\. These apartments have direct access to the beach without having to cross a road and the village facilities are also just a couple of minutes level stroll away. CHANGEOVER DAY: MON/FRI/SAT BEDROOMS: 2 SLEEPS: 5 WIFI: YES PETS: YES Accommodation information Entrance is into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units and appliances. There’s a full size cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa. There is a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The bathroom has a shower & wash-basin & WC. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a double and the top a single bed suitable for a child. Bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Electricity is also included. Outside There is parking for one car in the private car park and direct access to the beach. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and is only a 2 minute stroll away. We have a number of apartments in this complaex which might be suitable to book together. They are: Sand Dunes, 15 Penhale, 5 Penhale, 7 Penhale, 8 Penhale, Ocean’s Edge, 2 Rosemullion, 9 Wheal Ramoth, 10 Wheal Ramoth & 12 Wheal Ramoth all of which are within the Atlantic Bay apartments. Location Perranporth village centre is only a stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between! ## Property amenities ### Beach -
