First floor apartment just a few steps from Perranporth beach! Ocean’s Edge holiday apartment looks out over the steam and Perranporth sand dunes The apartment has direct access to Perranporth beach without having to cross a road and the village facilities are also just a couple of minutes level walk away CHANGEOVER DAY: MON/FRI/SAT BEDROOMS: 2 SLEEPS: 4 WIFI: YES PETS: YES Accommodation information Entrance is into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The new kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units and appliances. There’s a full size cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people. The living room, which enjoys views of the sand dunes, is furnished with a beautiful large, leather corner settee and has a flat screen smart TV. The modern bathroom has a bath and shower over, wash-basin, WC and a heated towel rail. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. The double room has view has views of the sand dunes Bedding and linen is supplied. All personal towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Outside There is parking for one car in the private car park and direct access to the beach. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and is only a 2 minute stroll away. We have a number of apartments in this complex which might be suitable to book together. They are: Sand Dunes, 15 Penhale, 5 Penhale, 7 Penhale, 8 Penhale, Ocean’s Edge, 2 Rosemullion, 9 Wheal Ramoth, 10 Wheal Ramoth & 12 Wheal Ramoth all of which are within the Atlantic Bay apartments. Location Perranporth village centre is only a stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip.
