Perfectly designed with family holidays in mind, you'll find an open plan living and dining space opening out to a multi-tiered garden where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy lazy evenings together. The first-floor bedrooms contains a twin bedroom (with beds that can be zipped together on request to make a king size), a king size bedroom, and a bunk room. The spacious en suite master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor offering a calm space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. 11 Tywarnhayle House is conveniently located just a short walk from Perranporth's beach where miles of sand and beautiful ocean create the perfect spot for family holidays in the sunshine. The fantastic (and quite famous) beach bar, The Watering Hole sits right on the sand too where you can enjoy live music, delicious food, and post-sun drinks with views of the waves as the backdrop. Perranporth Beach is dog friendly all year, so is perfect for those with a dog in tow. The South West Coast Path is within reach where you can walk to St Agnes in one direction or Holywell Bay in the other, either way you'll be treated to spectacular sea views and the beauty of the Cornish landscape. 1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. The property is modern and equipped with everything you need and more. Loved the coffee machine and the coffee pods provided was a lovely touch. As was the welcome pack of delicious treats. Perranporth is a short walk, though quite hilly, but my 90year old dad managed it. Highly recommend ! We had a lovely stay at the property, bright, airy and in a fab location, just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants…lovely welcome pack of teas, coffee, biscuits, crisps etc, much appreciated….the only thing that let it down a little bit for us is, we love to sink into a sofa and relax with a glass of wine and watch a bit of telly, but the sofas don’t allow for this.
