Le problème majeur est venu des services "Expédia" qui, ne connaissant pas le mode de fonctionnement de "Residis", et ce malgré que nous ayons appelé la plateforme "Expedia", ne nous ont absolument pas indiqué que nous devions contacter "Residis" par téléphone du lundi au vendredi sur les horaires d'ouverture du bureau afin qu'ils nous remettent les codes d'accès aux portes de l'établissement et au coffre pour les clefs de l'appartement.
