Tresvelle maison dans un site magnifique

La maison est située au bord d'un étang et au milieu de la végétation dans un endroit magnifique (mais avec un chemin difficiles d'accès).Elle est confortable, a du charme (surtout la chambre en hauteur) et est très bien équipée en vaisselle, ingrédients de cuisine, PQ, guides et cartes, etc.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Naturparadies am See

Der Anfahrtsweg zum Ferienhaus ist durchaus sportlich, für tiefere und breitere Autos weniger geeignet, mit Isabelles Live-Standort jedoch problemlos zu finden. Das alte, liebevoll renovierte Fischerhaus liegt traumhaft in einem großen Naturgarten direkt am Etang Leucate. Von der Sonnenterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See und die Seevögel, wir konnten die Flamingos beobachten, ein Wiedehopf hat uns auch besucht. Leider hatten wir während unsere 2 Wochen Aufenthalt sehr starken Wind und konnten daher als Anfänger das Holzboot und das Kajak nicht nutzen. Von den entfernten Nachbarn sieht und hört man nichts, man ist absolut für sich alleine. Die angegebene Beschreibung des Ferienhauses ist vollkommen zutreffend, es war sehr sauber und von A-Z alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben hier die Plancha in der Außenküche kennen und lieben gelernt. Je nach Wind und Wetterlage kann man die Autobahn und die nahen Züge mehr oder weniger hören. Wer vor Insekten keine Scheu hat und mit Mücken und Moskitos umgehen kann (die meisten Fenster haben einen Insektenschutz) ist in diesem Naturparadies genau richtig. Man spürt im ganzen Haus die Liebe und Verbundenheit von Isabelle und Nicolas zu diesem alten Fischerhaus. Isabelle und Nicolas, herzlichen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang und vielen Dank für alles!

Séjour Agréable, accès délicat

Belle prestation, la maison est très bien aménagée, le jardin bien arboré avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine d’été. La piscine enclose donne une belle vue sur l’étang. Une ombre au tableau, le chemin d’accès est escarpé, étroit et ne convient pas à tout véhicule. Nos hôtes nous ont reçu de façon très agréable avec des cadeaux de bienvenue. La présentation des lieux a été très satisfaisante.

Lieu de repos au milieu des chants d'oiseaux

Une jolie maison de pêcheur dans laquelle vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour, une vue magnifique sur l'étang, le chant des oiseaux, une belle piscine, un jardin agréable sur lequel il pleut des abricots en saison.

Exceptional Holiday

The house is lovely and located in a beautiful garden with a nice pool. It is a little secluded with lots of nature around it which is part of its charm. We had to arrive late due to sickness in the family but that was no issue at all. Our landlords, Isabelle and Nicolas, were very accommodating and welcoming. We'll be back.

Familienurlaub über Ostern

Das Haus liegt einmalig direkt am Ufer des Etang de Leucate. Es ist wunderschön angelegt, hat eine tolle Küche und draussen Grill und Pizzaofen. Wegen dem oftmals starken Wind und auch der nahegelegenen Bahnstrecke sollten Ohrstöpsel eingepackt werden. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, Wind- und Kitsurfspots, wers mag eine mega Austernzucht, Klettergebietr, Möglichkeiten zum wandern und Mountainbike - einfach nur genial!!!

Perfekt Holiday

We stayed at Nicolas and Isabelles wonderful escape for the first week of September an can recommend it without any hesitation. It is a calm and beautiful house with a big garden and even a little landing stage.The view on the Lagune is really nice and you don’t need to worry about mosquitoes. The house is well equipped, on our first day we were even welcomed with some local drinks and food which was just perfekt after a long travel. Isabelle and Nicolas are really lovely and you can see that they really love the house and put much efforts in it. The way to the house might be a little bit adventurous but it’s absolutely worth it.

Herrlich, einfach herrlich für Naturliebhaber, die auch etwas Luxus lieben

Es war noch schöner als erwartet, denn die Bilder sind beeindruckend, aber die friedvolle, schöne und beeindruckende Landschaft auf einer naturblassenen Halbinsel am Etang, die Farben, die vielen verschiedenen und belebenden Düfte und die Geräusche von Wind, Etang und Pinienwald, die gesamte Atmosphäre ist in den Bildern nur angedeutet. Das Haus ist ausgefallen, funktional und auch elegant, alles war so sauber, man hätte vom Boden essen können :-), wir haben hier viele ruhige und erholsame Stunden verbracht, unglaublich gute Weine, frischeste Muscheln und Austern, den frischesten Tunfisch, direkt vom Fischer gekauft (Leucate), gekostet und wir waren überrascht, was für ein sehr feiner Geschmack frisch gegrillter Tunfisch bietet. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber er genügt vollauf und er hat vier Erwachsenen Abkühlung zu den heißen Stunden geboten. Herrlich sind auch die Terrassen und der Garten, sie laden zum Lesen, Schlafen, Genießen und Erholen ein. Wir haben viel gekocht, die Küche im Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet den nötigen Platz, um für eine Großfamilie zu kochen! Den Außengrill, die hübsche Außenküche haben wir auch intensiv genutzt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie haben uns wunderbare Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Gegend empfohlen, die die ganze Familie mit Begeisterung erlebt hat. Dank unseren Gastgebern haben wir viel Schönes gesehen, gute Wein-Domaines zur Verkostung kennengelernt und zur Erinnerung natürlich eine ganze Ladung ausgezeichneten Wein mit nach Hause genommen. Wir hoffen sehr, im nächsten Jahr wieder an diesen paradiesischen Ort zurückkehren zu können und bedanken uns bei unseren Gastgebern, dass sie uns ihr elegant eingerichtetes Ferienhaus anvertraut haben!

Emplacement exceptionnel

Très bien située, la maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Devant l'étang, sur 1 presqu'île protégée et donc préservée, à 10 minutes de Leucate. Isabelle et Nicolas vous réserve un très bon accueil et sont disponibles. Bref, allez-y!

Une presqu'île rien que pour nous! Dépaysement total et une multitude de sites historiques à visiter

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à l'abri-côtier (et les abricots étaient justement bien mûrs à notre arrivée 😋). La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les chambres et lits sont un peu petits mais on ne les utilise que pour dormir😀 l'endroit est juste paradisiaque et la piscine très bien orientée. Un petit pontont pour pêcher et partir en kayak avec les enfants (fourni par les proprios) se situent à 50 mètres de la villa. Nous vous conseillons fortement cette location!

Un très bel endroit !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison de pêcheur vraiment au calme avec une vue imprenable sur l'étang. Repos total, piscine avec large terrasse en bois très agréable, un joli jardin et l'île est quasiment exclusive ( seulement 2-3 maisons)et très sauvage, beaucoup d'oiseaux à observer et peche possible sur petit ponton devant le jardin. La maison est largement assez grande avec différents espaces et chambres . Les salles de bains sont toutes rénovées. La deco et l'état général correspond à ce qu'on peut attendre d'une maison de vacances avec en prime un équipement plus que complet (surtout en cuisine et quand on aime cuisiner ca compte beaucoup) . Plancha, bbq, four à pain à disposition sur la terrasse. Avec en prime l'accueil très gentil des propriétaires (y compris une bouteille du cru local de Fitou !) En bref si vous cherchez un lieu pour vous reposer et profiter en famille, allez y . Par contre accès un peu difficile par petits chemins caillouteux, donc quand on y est, on y reste... Très bonnes vacances à Fitou

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine dans cette location. La maison est atypique mais est très bien équipée et très propre. Située sur une presqu'ile au milieu de la nature, vous y serez très bien si vous la choisissez. Les propriétaires sont super accueillants et vous aurez le droit à un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Excellente location donc, à réserver d'urgence ! ;)

Très charmant !

Merci pour ce superbe séjour au bord de l'étang, une jolie petite maison dans laquelle nous avons été très bien accueilli, ce fut une semaine très relaxante avec de nombreux oiseaux à admirer. Nous recommandons avec plaisir ce petit coin de paradis !

Parfait ! Quand les mots manquent pour décrire ce coin de paradis !

Un havre de paix, une union avec la nature, c'est sûr, nous y retournerons ! Un grand merci à Isabelle et Nicolas pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs conseils et leur maison. Une maison, où l'on trouve tout, et elle a fait le bonheur de tous : jeux dans la cabane pour enfant, planche à voile sur l'étang, baignade dans la piscine, jogging sur la presqu'île, apéro et barbecue ! Nous repartons ravis pour revenir très vite. Encore merci !
