VILLA L'OLIVIER CLOSE TO THE BEACH

  • Villa of 75m2, fully equipped and very functional. Its swimming pool and landscaped garden will seduce you.<br>It is ideally located in a very quiet housing estate, at the end of a cul-de-sac: 3km from the beaches of Carnon, La Grande Motte and Palavas les flots, 3 km from the airport and 5 km from Montpellier. <br>House with all comfort and tastefully furnished:, swimming pool (3X3 m) and barbecue area with sink in a Mediterranean garden.<br>An ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends.<br><br>The accommodation<br>House with all comforts and tastefully furnished: air conditioning, internet, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, swimming pool and barbecue area with sink in a garden planted with Mediterranean trees.<br>A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure.<br>No cleaning fees, but the accommodation must be left clean and tidy as when you arrived. Namely: tidy kitchen, bathroom and toilet washed, vacuum cleaner and mop. Cleaning products at your disposal.<br>If you wish, we can offer you a service for the cleaning of the apartment.
