The location was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but noisy. The windows, both bedroom and bathroom opened into the lobby. There was minimal airflow, so the room was stuffy and hot. It was very awkward to have everyone be able to see into the room. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. The bathroom needed a deeper clean, the grout had lots of mold that could have been cleaned with some clorox and a scrub brush. The drains, both shower and sink were slow draining meaning you were standing in water to shower.

This review is for the inside rooms. The window goes in to the walkways, so there is no privacy. It was varm, no airflow, no fans and no privacy as everyone just walks beside your room.
We stayed for 2 hours and then we left, we had a two day stay but we knew it was more important to have a great time on our once in a lifetime stay in Aguas Calientes. We found another hotel, slightly more expensive, facing the river and it was beautiful.
