Perfect location and good service

"Overall we had a comfortable 4-night stay, there were a few issues but the staff mostly found solutions. The location is perfect, 2-5min wall to Serdika station, Vitosha Blvd and not much longer to other sites. The room was too hot and AC couldn’t be changed from 25deg so we had to open the window. ..."
