"We can’t rate the property highly enough - spacious open plan living, comfortable bedrooms, hot water, and lots of outside space. Karine and Olivier were attentive, friendly hosts, patient with our terrible language skills and made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The village was an easy five minute walk, even with reluctant toddlers, with a fantastic bakery, restaurants and a beautiful paddling spot. So many great day trips possible from this location. "We had a wonderful fortnight in this amazing property. Three generations of a big family – 14 of us in total. Such a lot of space and everything so easy and comfortable. The house is surrounded by acres of its own land and not at all overlooked or possible to disturb anyone else if you are a noisy family! "Het huis was geweldig en de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk . Voor ons was dit gedeelte van de Dordogne te vlak. we houden van motorrijden en in dit gedeelte miste we de bergen en ook de mooie wandelroutes. Ook was het te warm om dit alles te ondernemen, misschien hadden we meer ondernomen als het wat kouder was. Maar de vrijheid van de accommodatie was geweldig. "We had a wonderful 10 days at Yvan’s beautiful farmhouse. It’s fantastically private and only the sounds of the birds to accompany you. The pool is lovely and the views across the valley at the top of the meadow above the pool are heavenly. Yvan was very responsive and attentive to any needs we had. "Lovely property. Spacious and comfortable. Great pool but steps down to it quite steep and surrounds a bit uneven. You need to be careful not to trip. Otherwise great swim with beautiful surroundings. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Definitely on our list to return."

"Stunning location with a gorgeous little wendy house which my almost 2 year old adored and lots of other toys and activities to keep us all busy. It was just a shame that the pool wasn't heated which I didn't expect which made it difficult to use with a baby and a toddler."

"This is a lovely quiet house in a small hamlet not far from the very pretty towns of Bourdeilles and Brantome. The house is spacious inside and very well-equipped but the real delight is the huge and totally private garden surrounding the relatively large (10x5m) pool. Perfect for sun-worshiping, swimming or just relaxing. There are also many good walks and biking possibilities from the house through the nearby villages and facilities for canoeing on the Dronne river."

"This comfortable, well-appointed apartment is within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the historic center of Perigueux. With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat.
