the hotel was clean, well-appointed (as those things go in pereira), perfectly situated (the very best neighborhood in town and close to downtown), and very well-staffed.
the room i had was quite adequate, a very nice room, especially for what i paid for the room.
but dark, way too dark!
no view whatsoever from the room i had (there may be others that have a view of something).
i checked out and moved just down the block where i paid twice as much for a much larger and brighter room with a view. and i was happier.
the included breakfast was o.k., the dining room is nicely situated atop the hotel, partially al fresco.
the staff was friendly and very attentive. it's an intimate sort of hotel, where they know everything you do. so if you prefer privacy, it's going to be hard to find here.
