This hotel is horrible nohot water for 6 days ,construction inside the hotel all day you don't have relax don't sleep at day imposible,I just leave because the noise it's to loud no recommendations for this location

I liked the property very central close to everything, one of the things I liked the most was the rooftop restaurant. I recommend them. I will definitely return to that hotel.

First night I couldn’t sleep because of the noise of chair moving around and the music extremely loud in the rooftop. On top of it they never repair the bathroom door that I reported the first day

My stay at ZiOne Luxury Hotel was amazing. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Additionally, the adjacent coffee shop and restaurant are incredible! If needed, transportation is extremely convenient and the hotel is a quick walk to the mall, bars, cafes and surrounding restaurants.

Nothing of luxury and overpriced !
The name Luxury added to hotel seem to be misplaced, as nothing about the room or hotel is Luxury. The room size is small, bathroom is tiny, hardly room to move in the room or the in the bathroom. The bathroom vanity is so small, you can not place even your basic needs on it due to lack of space. Very close to the main road and can be noisy. During weekends, had party and loud music played one floor above till midnight. Breakfast with limited choices and served poorly. Very poor Wifi, had to get out of the room to avail signal. Overpriced and misleading in all aspects. Only positive is the location.

no a luxury hotel in no way.
Got there at 8 pm. Only to find a hotel with a parking area smaller then my garage. Cars on top of cars and then they want you to leave the keys so some random yahoo could move ur car around all night, so I get into the room and it's 100 deg. You'ld think since I reserved and was charged for the hotel days ahead they could set the room temp to some thing acseptable, spent the next hr waiting for the room to cool down. then they give you 2 room keys and one that actuate the lights and the elevator, so when I went back to my car I either had to leave my partner with out lights or get to use the stair well because this light key also lets u enter the elevator, far from a 4 star luxury hotel as they sell it on Orbitz. not to mention the struggle to get my luggage out of the car with no space to open a door with out putting a dent in another. You get more luxury at a motel 6.

nice place, a little dark
the hotel was clean, well-appointed (as those things go in pereira), perfectly situated (the very best neighborhood in town and close to downtown), and very well-staffed. the room i had was quite adequate, a very nice room, especially for what i paid for the room. but dark, way too dark! no view whatsoever from the room i had (there may be others that have a view of something). i checked out and moved just down the block where i paid twice as much for a much larger and brighter room with a view. and i was happier. the included breakfast was o.k., the dining room is nicely situated atop the hotel, partially al fresco. the staff was friendly and very attentive. it's an intimate sort of hotel, where they know everything you do. so if you prefer privacy, it's going to be hard to find here.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and pillows, nicely decorated, excellent customer service and great breakfast options. My only compliant is that we booked a jacuzzi suite for 3 nights but on the third night the water to fill the jacuzzi got cold midway. The first two night it was very hot, no problems. The third night it got cold which was dissappointing. We shut it off and waited a bit and it was once again hot. The shower would also go from hot to cold briefly. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The gentlemen up front provided excellent customer service! We had a large bag of dirty laundry that needed cleaning and due to the holiday the laundry service was unavailable. He walked it down the road to a facility and picked it up and had it in our room within hours! Very much appreciated! Overall I would highly recommend ZiOne Lyxury Hotel for a stay in Pereira!

New hotel with modern facilities
Hotel is new and has modern facilities. I stayed for 3 nights, and I wished I could stay longer. I enjoyed 4-star services for the price of a 3-star. Great location and great services. The hotel will attract me to Pereira soon.
