"Great location "

"Very clean. King bed was comfortably firm, nice shower. It was great to have 1.5 bathrooms for us to use. The beach was a very nice beach, not too crowded when we went and we loved that it is next to the National Seashore. Very quiet in the evenings, and the Breakfast Club restaurant was amazing!"

"It was a perfect week. Nicely decorated condo with large kitchen and new, quality appliances. We loved the large capacity washer and dryer. Nice to keep up on laundry and go home without any dirty clothes. The balcony is large and so comfortable to sit and watch the waves come rolling in. We had a great time crab hunting every evening with my grandsons (ages 3 and 6). Condo is located close to shopping and entertainment. I hope to return to this lovely home away from home yearly."

"Great condo with fantastic location! The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware/dishes you could ever want. A/C struggled to keep the living area/primary bedroom as cool as the back bedrooms, but it wasn’t terrible and not unexpected with the heat wave we had. The fridge was a little sluggish to keep cool, but still did the job. Dishwasher top rack needs minor repair to keep it aligned with the wheels. Overall great condo with all the amenities, just needs a few tweaks to some of the appliances Would definitely stay again!"

"We stay at Phoenix X often, but we have never stayed at this condo. I’m all about the aesthetics, & this condo was decorated beautifully. I loved the details. Bathrooms are beautiful, bedrooms were comfortable, everything was light and bright. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring a few of your own pots/pans & spices. We would definitely stay here again."

"Unit could use a deep cleaning but overall, not too bad. Had a few issues to start but they were addressed immediately. Very impressed with management company’s response time. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"This house was the perfect size and layout for our group of 15 people. We had plenty of space and loved that the duplex layout gave us two full kitchens and two laundry rooms. The outdoor space was excellent: the best of any Florida beach house we've ever rented. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge amount of shaded seating that was beside the pool, and the deck with kayaks was such a fun addition. The dune and ocean views from the front of the house were beautiful, and the quick walk to three beach was easy and felt safe thanks to the nearby lighted crosswalk. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and wagons in the house's storage closet. We had one minor issue with the home upon arrival, and it was handled by the homeowner so quickly! Great communication."
