"Can't beat the value here. There is no denying that this hotel is aging. But what it lacks in fancy glitz in makes up for in location, friendliness and cleanliness. And to my surprise the breakfast even included a made to order omelett station. Not sure if this was a special event or is always the case, but it was greatly appreciated. The hotel is right at the beach. The ocean front rooms have an amazing view, but even the other rooms have a solid side view of the ocean. You can walk to lots of restaurants, two grocery stores and plenty of other places to shop at or just walk for miles along the gorgeous beach. I'll be back. Hopefully sooner than later. "

"Very nice upscale vacation home. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for friends to gather and enjoy one another. Easy access to the beach but it's more than 20 steps to the boardwalk from Bluffs 10. We would book again! Maintenance was quick to respond when the elevator acted up after losing electricity due to storms. "
