Rooms were clean, had a mini fridge which is actually usually hard to find in NYC. Even had free coffee which again is not common in nyc. I liked not having to interact with staff

The staff was so nice! The morning breakfast is amazing! This is a great North Rome spot, fairly close to several key areas to include the Spanish stairs. Lots of locals eat here and it's not as touristy as some of the spots in center square. We took the limo service back and forth to the airport, which was really nice.

Very clean beautiful room. It would of been nice to have more kleenex since ours just had a few tissue We got in late so didn't want to run down to desk to get them. Very friendly staff good breakfast
