The property is very clean, relatively spacious for other European stays, modern bathrooms, close to public transportation. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Location is perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and bath were in very good condition and as presented on the pictures. We did have one very big issue: the noise of the ceiling cracking from people walking on the floor above. We were surprised we didn’t see this in the reviews as the ceiling cracks so much that it makes it very hard to sleep, even with ear plugs.
If you’re lucky enough no one is on the floor above you won’t have any issues. However we heard people there 3 out of the 4 nights of our stay which defeated the purpose of booking a stay as we weren’t really able to rest properly.

Staff very friendly and helpful giving useful advice on what to see and do in the city.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome

"Had to book last minute and staff were extremely accommodating, let me practice speaking Italian with them with patience (hard to find in Roma haha)! and held my bags with care. Keep in mind it’s a bit far from the city center but aside from that I had a lovely stay! I would recommend it."

"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it! The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance!
