Peralta Adobe and Fallon House Historic Site

Very good nightly rate, but a few things could be fixed. Remove the $15 fee to park your car, as there is no valet. The elevator needs to be fixed to show what floor you are on when the doors open, and the water system needs to be checked. I took a shower that was warm, but definitely not hot enough and hot water is probably the most important thing to me as a traveler for a hotel stay. The location is good, it is next to a gas station and near McDonald’s if you need something to eat. The hotel staff could use some training, as they did not share what time breakfast is or any info about the wifi. Also I suggest allowing cash for the deposit, as being required to use my card is a downer. Now I’m stuck waiting for 2 weeks to ensure I actually get my money back. The deposit of $150 is also a downer, it should be $100 as the room itself was only $100. Overall I recommend the hotel and will use it again but fixing these issues will fix the experience in my opinion. The great things are I loved the room itself, the desk and tv. Rooms are not sound proof at all. The pool looked great!
