The accommodations are just right for 2-4 guests (3rd and 4th guests on the pull out couch or airbed). This condo is a great place to relax after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block. In addition to the lovely bedroom and living room, there's a cozy kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full complement of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, basic spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Airbed kits are available for a small fee. Mist Condo is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a larger group and would like to book parallel accommodations. We loved how close we were to the marina and beach! Our dog had a great time swimming. We walked around the cute town, then drove to the winery which was amazing. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for us, but we managed with a blow up bed that was brought over. The fences in yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed this beautiful area! Upon arrival, the front porch/entryway had all kinds of big tree branches and sticks laying on the ground we had to move to get to the entrance. Our door code wasnt working so we called the contact number on the door and got right in with the help of the owners. Im assuming the previous renters had an animal with them because there was cat/dog hair on the couch and the carpet in the bedroom, crums on the couch still and the ceiling fan in the bedroom needs some major cleaning.
