What a great stay! Hoover House was comfy and well appointed. Secured with main door lock to outside as well as to the unit itself. Friendly people, house and grounds maintained with care. Really convenient location to explore the area. Short walk to the Chippewa River Trail and could follow it to downtown in 25 minutes.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a very nice accomodation for us. Easy to get into whenever we needed, and the old house it is part of is really beautiful. We walked to campus several times because it was so close. From the four season porch on the back of the house you can easily read and look at the UWEC campus. It's quite nice.

This property was exactly as described and the photos matched perfectly and we had exceptional communication with the host. The two bedroom offered a clean, and perfect location for our visit to uw eau claire. We were able to walk to many places and it was also short commutes to locale business and the lower campus. We are excited about our next visit and for the many more future memories to be made in Eau Claire using this hosts properties. Last note -this property exceeded our expectation!
