Tucked away in a safe corner is this gem of an apartment complex. Each unit is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and serving basics. Full-sized washer & dryer makes for long-term stay-friendly.  
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Minutes drive to downtown (OSF & Caterpillar) southbound, and less than 8 minutes to Peoria Heights. Parking on premise is free and unassigned.  
  
This property has been remodeled in 2025 and contains 15 units.   
  
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the units. Smoking includes tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, hookah, e-cigarettes, and vaping. Violators will be fined a $200 ozone cleaning fee and will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.  
  
If you need to smoke, please do so outside.  
  
There is camera surveillance in the parking area as well as the main courtyard.   
  
Parking is unassigned and free.  
  
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. If you must smoke please do it outside.
