With ample space to spread around, this unit has all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and easy. Basic cookware, utensils, bath and bed linens are provided. Feeling like staying indoors? Watch 200+ channels on our large 55` Smart TV. Working from home? Set up your workstation and hop on our super fast WiFi.

    This apartment is located on the third floor (must climb stairs). Our property manager lives on-site so you can have all your questions answered super fast.

    Parking is free and unassigned, but we do ask that guests do not block the lane in the back.

    Laundry is complimentary and located on the bottom floor. We provide all new washing machines and dryers.

    You will have the entire place to yourself. Laundry is located on the bottom floor and is complimentary.

    Excellent location, getting around is easy:

    The outside of the building and car park is video monitored 24/7. There are cameras in the entry and exit areas only. There are no cameras inside the individual units.

    Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this building or on the balconies. Guests are asked to smoke 200ft away from the building. Violators of this rule are subject to a $200 ozone-cleaning fee and may be at risk of immediate eviction with no refund.

    Please keep all noise levels to a reasonable volume between the hours of 10pm until 8am.
    Absolutely no smoking is allowed. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. A $200 ozone fee will be charged and guests may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

The apartment itself was nice, however the building had a musty smell, the neighbors were loud and talked until late in the night. I believe the bedroom shared a wall with the adjoining unit due to how loud they sounded. The location of the listing is not a place where I would venture out at night
