  • Come stay in this unique, comfortable apartment, centrally located to make your stay as convenient as possible. Complete with all furnishings, kitchen tools, and bed linens, you can relax and kick-back while you enjoy your favorite streaming service on our large, 55` smart TV, connected to fast, reliable wifi.

    This apartment is located on the second floor (must climb stairs). Our property manager lives on-site so you can have all your questions answered super fast.

    Parking is free and unassigned, but we do ask that guests do not block the lane in the back.

    Laundry is complimentary and located on the bottom floor. We provide all new washers and dryers.

    There is a dedicated work station (large desk and chair) in the bedroom.

    If you have questions or concerns at any time during your stay, you may contact the property manager. His information is provided in our Quick Guide rules behind the door of your unit

    Excellent location, getting around is easy:
    - 5.5 Miles (9 mins) to Peoria Civic Center
    - 4.8 Miles (8 mins) to OSF/Methodist Hospitals
    - 1.7 Miles (4 mins) to Target/Best Buy/TJMaxx/Petsmart
    - 5.5 (9 mins) to Caterpillar downtown Offices (LC & AB) & Dozer Park Baseball field
    - 4.1 Miles (9 mins) to Junction City/Kellar Station
    - 8 Miles (12 mins) to Louisville Slugger/Grand Prairie/ AMC movie theatre
    - 3.6 Miles (7 mins) to Weaver Ridge Golf Course

    The outside of the building and parking lot is video monitored 24/7. There are cameras in the entry and exit areas only. There are no cameras inside the individual units.

    Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this building or on the balconies. Guests are asked to smoke 200ft away from the building. Violators of this rule are subject to a $300 ozone-cleaning fee and may be at risk of immediate eviction with no refund.

    Please keep all noise levels to a reasonable volume between the hours of 10pm until 8am.

I would say I had an overall good stay, there were a few things left over from the last guest and a spills left over on the counter. However the stay was great, close to everything affordable price and easy process.

Check-in was quick there was transportation nearby plenty to eat nearby. However, the pictures need to be updated. The quality of the property is not up to the par of the pictures. Property definitely needs some maintenance. However, the host was fantastic very informative and very quick to response.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe at this property due to concerning activity outside the building late at night. I checked out early the next morning and booked a hotel instead. Most disappointing was the host’s dismissive response and refusal to provide any partial refund for the unused nights.
