This is a very nice hotel for Sai devotees. Pictures of Swami everywhere. Easy walking distance to Ashram. Staff are very friendly and helpful. But be aware that standard rooms don't have windows. So, if you are staying for more than a few days, get a Super-delux room - more expensive, but a nice large window. Hot water systems at this hotel use electicity, so you get hot water even on cloudy days. Other hotels, such as Sai Towers, have solar hot water systems. Good for the environment, but downside is cold showers on cloudy days!

My room was ready on arrival for an early check in as requested. On arrival the room was clean with everything that was stated in place. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good restaurant and cafe. Staff were generally polite and friendly. The one downside was that my room was not serviced at all and I was there for 6 nights. On the third day I informed reception that the room had not been serviced, the toilet roll had run out and that I had left the bin outside the door all day and it had been ingnored. The bin was then promptly emptied and toilet roll and water was delivered to my door. However, no staff member arrived to clean the room. This was disappointing.

For Sai Devotees visiting Prasanthi Nilayam, this is a wonderful place to stay. Only five minutes walk from the Ganesh gate, it is run by Sai devotees, so you feel like you are still in the Ashram. Pictures of Swami everywhere. The room I had was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. The hotel was fully refurbished during the Covid lock-down period of 2019 - 2021, giving the hotel an almost brand-new feel. The Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice restaurant which serves only delicious vegetarian food, though during much of my stay I was taking my meals at the Western Canteen in the Ashram. I highly recommend this hotel and I certainly plan to stay there again when next I visit the Ashram.

The beds are futon mats instead of mattresses, the restaurant is slow and struggles to make any menu adjustments. I would not return. One of the staff indicated that I should be grateful that I was not sleeping on the floor. I was in a hotel not camping.

Arrogant staff , they kisses into white guests only . Staff only attend to white guests with full attention . I first time stayed here , on-site restaurant food average quality & same staff focused on taking care of white guests. I had to ask for every thing while they stand over the table where white people sit. You just feel the energy , if you are an Indian even NRI like me avoid this place . Even the security guard at the front door Had an attitude this reflects the owners. I am a world traveler and stayed at many 5 stars & smaller places , staff here is very arrogant or not properly trained. Rooms are modern but very small , barely enough space to move around & no space to open your luggage except on the bed , small closet but you can’t open suitcase , no luggage rack or table .
