After seeing some of the reviews, We where concerned! Glad we kept our reservations! We stayed in the main building in 503 with a gulf view and balcony! Very clean, right on the beach, From the front desk to the housekeeping, they all were very kind! The room newly updated and beds and pillows very comfortable! We did rent the beachside umbrella and chairs, well worth the 50bucks a day! The manatee bar and grill absolutely a great place to have food and drinks!! We will be back!

It is right on the beach. All hotels and rentals are on the beach. White sandy beaches and blue water. It was about what I expected for a beach town. My room was on the first floor right next to the pool. Had bunk beds in room 101. It was pretty quiet for a big place. For a family trip or couples get away, it's a nice place.
