If your kids are older or big for their age, the bunks may be a little small. We were there for a long weekend for a family reunion at the state park/beach pavilions down the street. Near the Gulf with private access. Lots of places to eat and easy drive into Pensacola. The condo was just the right size with a good sized balcony with water view. The only negative is that the pool was supposed to be heated but they shut the heat off until March first. ##### william m.
