The only issues we had were the renovations going on at the time and the 9am checkout time. We knew of both issues at the time of the reservation so it would be unfair to detract from the review except for the 9am check-out. Most check-out times are generally 11am. Because of the renovations, the parking is a little tight but we always had a parking spot. The unit is well equipped and the listing is spot on. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The Gulf breezes are soothing and relaxing. Once the renovations are completed there is no reason for anything less than 5 stars across the board. We would rent again. ##### Douglas S. My only complaint is the parking.
