There was a little snafu with our key card not working but they fixed it quick & communication was easy. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. The condo has gorgeous views of the Pensacola Sound and you can see the Gulf as well. The resort has plenty of activities to keep you occupied. Easy access to the beach, front row parking space, stocked kitchen, view of the tennis courts and refreshing pools. Food was great; and we never needed/wanted to leave the resort. Again, having stayed at Portofino on several occasions, this condo is one of our favorites - it was comfy like home, but with the vacation-resort perks. ##### Jill D. We arrived late at night just in time for bed. When we pulled sheets down, they were not clean. One bed had a pretty big urine stain on it. Pillows and bedding all need to be redone. I had to remove ALL bedding to wash before we would sleep on the beds. The jacuzzi in tub didn’t work, dryer not working well , carpet very worn and dirty looking. I liked location, property manager was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We have been to Pensacola many times. We love our stays. This unit has plenty to offer! Thank you!
