Welcome to Sun-Kissed on the Coast, a thoughtfully designed Pensacola retreat where the comforts of home meet the details of a boutique stay.

Designed and managed by Walnut Coast, this three-bedroom, two-bath home was created for guests who appreciate beautiful spaces, comfortable beds, a genuinely well-equipped kitchen, and those little luxuries that make a getaway feel special. Every room has been intentionally furnished and stocked so you can settle in and enjoy your stay rather than feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase.

A KITCHEN YOU’LL ACTUALLY WANT TO USE

This is not the typical vacation-rental kitchen. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast or cooking dinner together, you’ll find a thoughtfully stocked kitchen with quality cookware, dishes, glassware and the essentials you need.

Start your morning with the SMEG espresso machine, make breakfast with the SMEG toaster, or put the KitchenAid stand mixer to work if baking is part of your vacation plans. A Brita water pitcher and plenty of kitchen essentials are provided as well.

THREE COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS • SLEEPS UP TO 6 (8 if you double up the full-sized bunk beds)

The home offers three bedrooms designed for both families and groups:

• Two bedrooms with queen beds
• One bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed
• Comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests

Each bedroom has its own television, so everyone has space to relax at the end of the day.

A LITTLE EXTRA LUXURY

We believe the smallest details often make the biggest difference.

Both bathrooms include a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer, so you can leave yours at home. You’ll also find a towel warme for an added touch of comfort and a clothing steamer for getting dinner or event clothes ready without hunting down an ironing board.

Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided, along with thoughtfully placed starter supplies throughout the home.

RELAX & STREAM

The living room features a Hisense Frame-style television that blends into the room like artwork when it isn’t being used.

Streaming services including **Amazon, Hulu and Netflix are already set up**, so you can settle onto the sofa and start watching without having to sign into your personal accounts. Additional Samsung televisions are located in the bedrooms.

THE PRACTICAL THINGS ARE COVERED, TOO

Luxury is wonderful, but a great stay should also be easy.

Guests have access to the washer and dryer, with starter laundry supplies provided. A cordless stick vacuum is available for quick cleanups, and the home includes the everyday necessities that are often missing from vacation rentals—extra paper products, trash bags, dishwasher supplies, cleaning essentials, extra bedding and a first-aid kit.

Entry is simple with a keypad smart lock, and detailed arrival information is provided before check-in.
