Stunning Beach Front Condo - L@@K - MUST SEE

You will enjoy full Gulf views and an abundance of natural light inside this coastal chic condo. Breathe in the fresh sea air from your private balcony. It is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach!

Ocean Breeze East Unit 403 was recently remodeled in 2020! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo on the 4th floor directly on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key beach. Both sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom open up to the patio with spectacular beach views. The unit is fully furnished. The main living room TV has a 55-inch flat-screen that has 3D, high def, smart TV. The master bedroom has a 32-inch high def internet surfing smart TV as well. Relax on the king-sized bed while watching your favorite movie on Netflix (brand new king mattress installed March 2020). The 2nd bedroom has a Roku TV and Play Station 3 game console. and a 32 inch TV to occupy the kids. That PS3 is also a Blue Ray/DVD player. The unit has a fully stocked,kitchen with new appliances, as well as a Keurig coffee machine. There is a washer and dryer in a separate room that also stores many beach toys and chairs. There are 4 beach chairs for renters to use. The condo has a heated pool that is easy to view from the balcony. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery store and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. There are 2 brand new sofas in the living room, they are not sleepers. Two additional twin mattresses will be provided and stored under the primary bed for you to pull out and have additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy! We installed new electrical outlets that are the combo USB and power outlets.

Great location with a beautiful view! The condo was the perfect size for our family(me and my husband and our 2 18 year olds). It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Our host was quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely come back again!!

Fun Week in the Sun

We had a great week in Perdido at Ocean Breeze. The pool was down for part of the week but the Andrews were great to communicate with us and let us know what was going on. The kitchen was well stocked and the AC kept a us nice and cold. Islander across the street has great burgers. Oyster Bar Restaurant had amazing panfried grouper and steaks. Thankful for an amazing week!

Great Condo

The condo was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed is very, very comfortable. Check in couldn't have been easier. Owners were quick in responding to something completely out of their control. Construction was going on around the condo that made for very early mornings but that is no fault of the condo owner.

I had an amazing day. Everything was perfect. It was just like she said the beach views were awesome and having coffee in the morning on the patio was amazing. I would have one suggestion the toilet in the master bath needed a good cleaning from the door you could see that someone was not clean that other than that you could not have asked for a nicer And beautiful place to stay

Perdido Key 2024

We had a FANTASTIC time. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need. We had one request and host was so quick to respond and very accommodating. We greatly appreciated it! The size of the complex was perfect for us. We are not in to the big high rise. The location was great. Close to restaurants, store's etc. I highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful condo/location

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. It is decorated wonderfully and is equipped with everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs/umbrellas and cooler that were provided within the condo. We loved the location as we were on the quieter side of Perdido Key beach. Just wished we didn’t have double red flags for a majority of our week, but we still had a great time relaxing and soaking up the sun. We ventured out for dinner every night, which was either in the Perdido Key area or heading over to Orange Beach which is only about 15 minutes away. We recommend the Oyster Bar in Perdido Key or The Gulf in Orange Beach with its outside casual dining experience. Thanks again Mike and Alison for allowing us to make your condo our home for a week.

Quite and beautiful, great location

Condo is very clean, well appointed and thought out, with light, bright,beachy decor. Directly on the beach. Clean couches and area rugs. Location is perfect!!! Ice cream, snow cones, coffee, pizza, sushi, breakfast, daiquiri bar and cute outdoor restaurant across the street, no waiting!! Less crowded, less stress! Souvenir shops, local art gallery and fitness shop/classes also within close walking. Beach not crowded, since complex smaller. Beach service available. Saw dolphins from the beach. Didn't wait on elevators. Bathroom by pool and close to beach was a big plus. Beds comfy. Great water pressure. Provides beach towels, chairs, laundry detergent, a Keurig and drip coffee maker just to name a few. Kitchen stocked. There were personal amenities to tide us over until we got to the store, which is a 2 min drive. A nice Publix or Winn Dixie. Unfortunately due to unforeseen construction, the pool was closed. We got to enjoy the balcony for 1 night and the view was perfect. 4th floor. The double sliders are awesome for hearing the waves in the master or living room. The owner did reimburse some of our stay for the unexpected inconvenience. Alison was responsive and communicated with us regarding our stay. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay and a great vacation! We hope to return!!
