This stunning 2-bedroom (Both King Beds), 2.5-bathroom condo combines modern design, high-end finishes, and unmatched comfort in the heart of Downtown Pensacola. With an open-concept layout, expansive windows, and thoughtful amenities, it’s the perfect place to relax or explore. This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street! \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts. While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one, as work will be done 24/7\. Please bear in mind when booking any reservations Jan-June, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Entry to the Lofts should not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!\*\*\* Check In Process: To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25\. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. Keycards will be used. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience. \-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate.
