* Please place all dirty towels in the bathtubs. * Leave linens on the bed; our cleaning crew will handle that. Ensure that furniture is returned to its original position.
* During your stay, please rinse all food off dishes—especially before placing them in the dishwasher. * At checkout, feel free to load the dishwasher with rinsed items, but do not start the cycle.
*Set the air conditioning to 77F during summer & 69F during winter and turn off all lights when you checkout. * Take all garbage out of the house and place it in the can on the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Enjoy your stay, but please be courteous. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Checkout Time is 11AM:
No Smoking this includes vaping Smoking indoors is prohibited. A $300 cleaning fee applies if violated.
Guest have access to 1 designated parking space in the driveway. A second vehicle may park on the grassy area only if it is a small vehicle.
