It was updated and very clean. The backdoor balcony gave us a beautiful view of the bay. The walk to the beach was not too long. Booking and checking in was super easy. We did have a few issues with the condo, musty odor upon entering, which did go away after awhile, lighting in hallway flickering, lighting in master bathroom flashing, and hall bathroom shower diverter wouldn’t pull up completely, so water was coming out the shower head and the faucet at the same time. We did report issues with shower and lighting, but never received a call back from maintenance.Construction was going on while we were there on the floor below us and was very loud!
