Great deal! Very Clean beachfront condo in convenience location at Pensacola Beach.
The Baywatch Condo community is a family friendly environment, adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the Fort Pickens State Park Aquatic Preserve. An open balcony provides a magnificent view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The community offers access to the Baywatch swimming pool, pier, and the Pensacola Beach Trolley service. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional parking available in the Baywatch community parking lot. The unit offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and balcony. We had an amazing time. The balcony has an amazing view of the intercostal. Also you can see the Gulf from the front. The dock, private intercostal beach, pond, and pool have plenty of opportunity for our kids to explore. The unit is was clean and functional. Pictures accurately portrayed the unit. There are two beach accesses within walking distance or a short drive with ample parking. Peg Leg Pete’s is just a short walk, for a great grouper sandwich. The boardwalk is only two miles away. Unfortunately Fort Pickens was closed due to government shutdown, but the public beach access near by was nice.

These condos are very nice with the pier, the pond with ducks and turtles, pool that was never crowded, beach area, grilling area, so much available for us to do there outside the condo. There was a little work being done on the condos but it didn’t really bother us. We will definitely look at coming back here!

Quiet but close Pensacola Beach stay!

Convenient walk across the road to beach, quiet beach in February. If you have chair, umbrellas, coolers the drive and parking are super close and easy. Great view from the sound side deck. Owner is super nice to work with and very responsive to questions. Check in and out was simple. Enjoyable walk to Peg Leg Pete's.
