Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the entire upstairs portion of this beautiful house, which is located in Downtown Pensacola . Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, and balcony. Downstairs is used as a small private daytime office and is not accessible to guests. The foyer doors have deadbolts on both sides to ensure privacy. The Oleander Cottage is nestled between several churches . It was built in 1898 and updated in 1998\.
