We met my sons and their families, also my husbands sister. Had plenty of room for all. Really loved that everyone had their own bathroom. The golfcart was a plus and the shuttle to the beach was great. Nice place to walk with dogs. Loved all the amenities

Perfect location in Lost Key!

The property was very clean and spacious for our family. The convenience to the pool and the use of the golf cart was great. We really enjoyed access to the beach club and other amenities. We have stayed in Lost Key several times before and this was just as great of an experience. We highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed the property and the area. We had everything we needed in the house and the furnishings were very nice. We had virtually zero wait at any of the area restaurants even though it was Fall Break.

We love Lost Key community. Our house was well kept and had all the goodies- Golf cart, beach stuff, cornhole boards. Most importantly our hosts were and are always amazing. Great communication before and during stay. We had an issue with garage door and they had it fixed within a few hours. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

Beautifully kept property. Condo is spacious and comfortable. Family friendly, great for kids of all ages. Extremely clean and well organized. We enjoyed all the amenities to include pool, gym and beach club. The golf cart was a nice addition. Local law enforcement does not allow golf cart to be driven to beach club or public beach access. You can drive the golf cart in the private community (including to the pool and gym). The beach and club are a short walk from the condo. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great time!

We enjoyed the home and surrounding areas very much. The HOA rules were a little over the top and we ended up not bothering with some of the promised amenities due to a fear of being “fined”. We also found that our group of 7 (the home slept 8) had to limit our showers to a few short minutes (the water heater could not keep up at all) if we all came in from the beach/swimming at the same time. The home was clean. Overall, it was a good time with family!

Family vacation

Stayed with elderly parents and teenagers. The condo was wonderful. Spotless, well stocked, comfortable. The black out shades and all the ceiling fans were great for sleeping in or napping. It was nice having the golf cart because the pool was close but the walk was difficult in the heat. The shuttle service was great too. The owners were very attentive. The only drawback to our stay was with the community and their staff. The ocean was quite rough-not typical for the gulf-so cooling off in the pool was a must. The pool was closed for the first two days of our stay and the security staff was very rude about it. The pool at the beach club was small and always filled and it too was closed when it was supposed to be open as was the beach restaurant and bar. Needing key card access to the pool is stupid. You only get two cards and you need them to enter the gate so with eight people, it got hard to manage coming and going. If you need key access to the community, you shouldn’t need it once inside as well. And if so, chips in the wristbands would be more suitable to allow freedom to come and go while others are going in different directions. Overall we still had a good vacation and the condo itself was five star. Owners are superb. It was the HOA that brought the rating down.

Cordgrass Costal Retreat - Perdido Key - Long Weekend Getaway

My experience with Patty and Dan with iTrip was excellent. The property was very nice and relaxing for several couples to enjoy a great long weekend. I used the Xplorie offer for activities that worked out great and saved a few dollars in the process. perdido key vacation

The villa is beautiful loved it was not happy with the resort that its in lost key resort has way to many rules and also parking on the beachside is horrible cant take golf carts over and cant always get the shuttle the beachside bar is closed monday and tuesday barely has help one of the employees was very rude there.

Let down

The property itself was nice, but there were a couple of key issues that negatively impacted our stay. The listing mentioned a golf cart, but failed to mention that a waiver needed to be completed in advance to get the key. We weren't informed of this ahead of time, and by the time we finally got in touch with the owner our trip was basically over and we never got to use it.Additionally, only one of the two key cards worked, which meant we had to stay together at all times—definitely not ideal for a group or family.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful! We absolutely loved it! Everything was clean. Beds were great. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. There are a lot of rules that go with this unit, but they are clearly identified in the information binder in the kitchen. The only small complaints are the beach is across the main street and the pool across the street is very small. There is a larger pool inside the community but there were a lot of smaller kids in this pool. Parking for both pools is minimal. There is a shuttle service that will take you to either pool which is a positive. This is also a pet friendly unit so our whole human and canine family was able to enjoy time together. Thanks for sharing your home! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was stunning, and cozy. The decoration had a perfect modern beachy feel. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed to make our stay feel just like home.
