This 2 bed/2 bath condo features the best of both worlds- direct Palafox lobby access to be in the middle of all the action, but a quick elevator ride takes you to your own oasis when it's time to relax. This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street! \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts until the end of May. All the shops, restaurants, and bars that we love so much will still be open! While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one. Entry to the Lofts and close parking will not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Please bear in mind when booking, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Amenities Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping. Parking While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24). Things to know Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain the key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience. \-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand) \-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out. \-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25. I kept receiving parking email info for a different rental person, and I wasn’t sure the actions to take, but we were able to find a number to call to help for details. There was not anyone available in person at the desk. There was a strange buzzing sound all night in the left hand side bedroom that we had to use a sound machine to fall sleep. The loft is a renovation an an old office building and they did a spectacular job. Modern appointments, comfortable beds, great appliances the list goes on. Really, really great. The location can't be beat. Right downtown on Palafox St close to many restaurants and bars if that's your thing. Our first unit was on Palafox St and I happened to book our stay on the one night a month they close Palafox to pedestrian traffic and turn it into a party - literally. The noise went deep into the night (2 AM) and made sleep nearly impossible. I talked to the hosts the next morning and the offered to move us. We were moved to a unit on the backside of the property and we slept comfortably the last two nights with no noise to speak of. The staff were very kind, considerate and helpful.
