Located on the 13th floor, just below the penthouse. 1 private bedroom with king size bed & flat screen TV, 1 bunk bed built-in in hallway, Couch in living room is a queen sleeper for 2. Flat screen TV's in living room & bedroom both with cable TV. Free private Internet service for your use. Umbrella and chairs you can take to the beach. Great vacation spot

It was a great place to stay. Location was great and the condo was very clean and well stocked. We highly recommend staying there and hope to go back again. Pool was beautiful and being right on the beach was a plus. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was a treat.

This is the our 3rd time staying at Mrs. Betty's condo and as always it was perfect. It's great for a couple or a small family. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, and the condo is always clean. Betty always checks to make sure everything is up to par. Our go to stay in Perdido Key.

What a view

Very nice 1 bedroom condo . I liked that it also had a half bath. The view was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were clean. Also provided beach chairs. Will definitely recommend to friends.
