This comfortable and fully functional condo offers sleeping for 6 guests with spacious 1.5 baths, a fully functional kitchen including dishwasher, washer & dryer, and balcony. Located on the 13th floor, just below the penthouse. 1 private bedroom with king size bed & flat screen TV, 1 bunk bed built-in in hallway, Couch in living room is a queen sleeper for 2. Flat screen TV's in living room & bedroom both with cable TV. Free private Internet service for your use. Umbrella and chairs you can take to the beach. Free access to the pool, hot tub, and exercise room on the third floor. Outdoor BBQ's and picnic area. Book a week and get a 10% discount. WE HAVE A PRIVATE PARKING SPOT IN THE GARAGE. It was a great place to stay. Location was great and the condo was very clean and well stocked. We highly recommend staying there and hope to go back again. Pool was beautiful and being right on the beach was a plus. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was a treat.

My family of three loved this property! Betty was very helpful from booking through checkout! The three elevators made the 13th floor quickly accessible at all times. The covered garage parking was clutch during the rain we experienced on arrival. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Our Perdido Key Bungalow

Perfect getaway spot for us! It was clean, had a great view, and convenient to everything we wanted to do....without the traffic and noise of the busier places on the coast. We ran and biked safely straight from the condo without any issues. Our contact with Betty was great and you can tell she wants guests to feel welcome and happy! We'll definitely be back!

A Perfect Getaway

Once again Betty’s condo provided a perfect getaway. We appreciate having extra towels & cleaning supplies plus a snuggly blanket - just in case. We noticed fresh paint, several new appliances, and - my favorite - a new kitchen sink faucet! It was great to have Betty check on us - she does a wonderful job of keeping her place “just right” from a distance. We are looking forward to our next visit.
