This was my husband's and my 4th time to Gulf Shores, and our (almost 2 year old) daughter's first time. This was by far our favorite condo that we have stayed in. The location was great, very easy access to the beach, fantastic view and a really well kept condo. The master bathroom shower was probably one of our favorite parts of the condo....3 shower heads! We have stayed in another unit two prior years in the same building. Everything was great but the place needs maintenance. This is the second year the ice machine did not work and the clothes dryer took a long time to dry anything. This was the first year the security gate was wide open the entire week. We assumed it was being maintenanced. The gates to the back docks were not activated until the last nite. Our passcode would not work which was disappointing since it was our last nite there and we enjoyed walking out and watching fish at nite. There is also an ice maker downstairs available to use to fill our coolers for the day at the beach. Hallways, grounds, pool are well kept and very clean. We really enjoyed the condo and appreciated the thought put into how the property was furnished/appointed. The views from this property are truly outstanding, especially being a corner unit. As for WiFi, we had multiple computers connected for work/personal stuff and it worked well. I also appreciated the detailed checkout instructions, as those can be vague sometimes. The end unit was fabulous and the sunsets from the 19th floor can’t be beat! The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we were super excited. When we got to our condo we were pleasantly surprised that it matched the pictures exactly. It was spacious and to our surprise had lots of items such as boogie boards, cart, floats, etc. left in the laundry room for you to use during your stay. Overall the experience was wonderful and the views are spectacular. The only downfalls I would say of the rental is they don’t give hand soap in the bathrooms, only 1 paper towel roll, and 1 toilet paper roll. We were staying 4 nights and I do feel that these small inexpensive gestures would go a long way. I definitely recommend 9/10! ##### Nadaya F. The toilets are not made for older or obese people. Please replace with handicapped toilets. B. The water drains out slowly in the master shower. C. The deck chairs on the balcony on the gulf side are broken. D. The breaker for the overhead lights and ceiling fans for the bedrooms pops about once a day. E. For the price of this rental cable TV should be included. F. All in all except for the small inconvenience’s a great place to stay. ##### William G. This was my kids' first time experiencing the ocean/beach life and they're in love! Even on the rainy days (every day, but only for a little bit each day) they loved the condo and had a blast. The owner provided boogie boards, pool toys, a yard cart for transportation down to the beach and lawn chairs. My only gripe is that I had emailed prior to our travels (from Iowa) and asked if any of that would be in the room. The response I got basically just said "it is not required for the owners to provide those items." Which is totally fine but we wouldn't have wasted time and valuable space by packing our own stuff had we known. Still VERY generous to provide all of those things! The condo itself is gorgeous! We would love to come back and stay in the same room someday! ##### Samantha T. However, there were many more reasons to love this particular place. They had anything you could possibly need in this condo (beach chairs, beach and pool toys, cooler, beach wagon, fully stocked kitchen, board games, etc.). This unit was a little bigger than the rest as well which was really nice, especially with a balcony in each bedroom. A special touch was the handmade photo book with suggestions on all the best places in town. We ate at one of the suggested restaurants (GT’s On The Bay) and it’s a new favorite. Do yourself a favor and get the surf and turf! The only thing about being on the 19th floor is having to wait on the elevator but it was really only an issue the first day when only one elevator was working. They got the other two fixed pretty quickly and we didn’t have any problems for the rest of the stay. We would definitely stay in this beautifully decorated unit with comfy beds anytime! ##### Nicole D.
