A102 is a ground floor Beach Club cabana located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor hot tub and heated pool are only seconds from your front door. Take a short walk across the pool deck to the main Beach Club tower and you will find the indoor heated lap pool, large hot tub, full size gym, spin room and a full service spa. While a guest of beach club, complementary sauna and steam room are a part of your resort amenities, located at the spa in the main tower.
A102 has a cozy floor plan offering a private bedroom featuring a queen size bed and t.v. The bathroom has a tub and stand up shower. Custom small bunk beds along the hall are a huge hit for young kids.. An open kitchen/living floor plan keeps everyone together while relaxing after a long day on the beach. Watch the sunrise/sunset on the balcony, over looking native dunes and the emerald coastline. Beach Club is located within walking, driving or trolly distance from restaurants, bars and shopping on the island. The Naval Aviation Museum, historical Fort Pickens, thriving downtown Pensacola, Tiger Point Golf Course or a sunset sail with Emerald Coast Sailing, are a short list of the many ideas to consider as part of your vacation. Julie’s place was perfect! Great location, great pool, easy access to the beach, literally everything you could need! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins of the morning while sipping on our coffee. She was always very responsive and gave great recommendations on local eats! We will definitely be booking again!

So nice!

Second time here and it was great to go back! Julia, the hostess, is a pleasure to converse with and responds promptly. Property is great for family and friends and overall great property amd location to all the restaurants amd access to the beach!

Large condo directly on the beach. Convenient to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, dining and shopping. The condo and kitchen were very well stocked, with plenty of supplies and small appliances. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this unit for a long weekend stay! The bunk beds were great for our two kids and there were so many little touches and great usage of a smaller space. We loved that it was ground level and super easy to get to the pool, and we walked everywhere the whole visit- didn’t even move our car! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway!

This condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The ease to everything was great, the condo smelled so good and check in was smooth. I can’t thank Julie enough for the wonderful stay. **My only suggestion would be maybe a starter back of bath soaps and coffee ❤️

Great location

This is a small, cozy space. Our family (husband, wife, teen and child) fit perfectly in the space from M-F, during our Spring Break. The bunk beds are pretty small, but the pull out couch saved the day for our teen. We cooked breakfast every morning, I wish the kitchen had been a bit better equipped for that (more pans, a sponge, bigger coffee mugs), but were able to enjoy our mornings together. The access to the beach and pool are easy and the areas are clean. Nothing was too crowded at this time of year, which made the trip very enjoyable. Most restaurants and souvenir shops are within walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall a good stay!

Cozy

Took a quick long weekend getaway for the wife’s birthday. In tow with our almost 5 year old and twin 7 month olds, this small but cozy place was comfortable for the few days we were there. The bunk beds worked out perfect, the bottom mattress sits on the ground so this was perfect for our twins to sleep on. The kitchen is well stocked. The indoor pool was perfect and most of the reason we booked here since we stayed in the winter. One suggestion for the owner, provide bath soap for guests. We were expecting the normal travel size bath soap so we didn’t bring any, but there was none. I’m sure Julie would have brought us some but we had already bugged her about the WiFi information being incorrect. Overall I would suggest this condo!
