You can’t beat the easy access from the room and the beach. The room is super clean and has everything you can imagine you’d need there for you. You can walk out the front door, walk 50 or so feet around the building and the walkway onto the beach is right there! There is a beach umbrella and lounge chair rental company on the beach in front of the condo if you want. Only downside to the condo -- especially if you like to sleep in -- is that the condo is located right by the elevator. The smaller secondary bedroom has a window facing the parking lot. Even with the window closed, the outside noise of people coming and going and the dinging of the elevator is very noticeable, especially on the weekends. The unit was very clean, updated, and one of the most well-stocked units we’ve ever stayed in. There was some painting being being done to the building during our stay, but it was not a problem. We loved the proximity to the beach this unit offered. We love Shipwatch because it is a smaller, less-crowded complex. The AC thermostat went out during our stay, but Liquid Life sent someone out to fix it right away. Our only complaint is that the unit doesn’t get good cell service, and the WiFi didn’t work most of the time we were there. Otherwise everything was great!
