Access to beach was decent and the property is run well, rules are enforced and fairly quiet for a holiday weekend. Only problem we had was the door lock was unreliable and would sometimes take 5 mins to get it open. Management was easy to get a hold of but they just offered to put a work order in. We spent the last two days of the visit worried if the next time we left to go somewhere if we would be able to get back in. Overall property was good. We were given all the information needed. We didn’t have any problems getting in the gate or room. We did have an issue with the parking pass not being there. I was told to write on a piece of paper and someone would bring it the next morning. By the time we got the pass we already had a warning on our car. Thankfully it was just a warning and everything was fine. That’s the only issue we ran into and not a big deal. It requires a code to get into the parking lot and the gate that leads to the beach, we found that you do intact need to enter the # at the walking gate despite what the sign says at the gate. Had I needed to log-in to work I would have been required to leave the condo and find reliable internet. It is a short and safe walk to the public beach, but the public beach area is TINY. We bought a 7 day pass for $25 for the state park at the end of the road and went there during the day.
