Spacious enough for four adults and two children and well stocked. The view of the Sound was nice and the pier and area around the unit was fun for the grandkids without being in the actual “beach”. The beach was just across the street and a little bit of a walk for someone who just had surgery, but manageable. Beds were not as comfortable as desired. Stairs were a little bit wobbly and steep and we were right beside the pool so it was a little noisy with kids and loud music at night but those were my only two complaints. Condos are very dated, cannot smoke on patio due to being screened in. Perfect spot for madi gras and when the construction is done outside will be praceful and pretty.
