It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. There were plenty of towels (even beach towels) and it was clean. The balcony was our favorite as we enjoyed listening to the waves and watching sunsets. There is some wear and tear from previous renters, but it appears the owner tries to keep up with maintaining the rental. The location is fabulous as it’s across from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant and on the quieter side of Pensacola Beach. The pier, various entertainment places, and restaurants is a very short drive or nice walk on the beach away. ##### C C. We would have liked to know that we didn't have an assigned parking spot under the condo. It was bad weather when we got there and we didn't know that we would have to park outside. ##### Deborah H. Upon arrival, there was zero issues. Even though parking for this unit is outside and not covered, you are able to pull up to unload your car in the covered area. There are large rolling carts and grocery carts which help make unloading your car fast and easy! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable which is not always the case when traveling. Each room including the living room had a ceiling fan which we were so glad to not have to pack our box fans for this trip! Each room and living room had a smart TV where you could login to your TV accounts. The Tom Thumb across the street came in very handy when we needed ice after a fishing trip and additional last minute sunscreen. We tried lots of places to eat nearby but Peg Legs across the street ended up our fave. It’s awesome because there can be up to a two hour wait at night. You can check in on yelp and even request indoor seating through the app. When we were about 7th in line we would walk across the street and our table was ready in minutes and we had the flexibility to stay at the condo with the kids vs waiting forever there. So Nice!We loved everything about this condo. The balcony was used all the time and to be able to just open the sliding doors and sit and watch the beach and hear the waves was dreamy. We would watch dolphins jump as we enjoyed our morning coffee which I was in heaven. The condo is across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. The cleanliness of the condo was horrible!! I found dirty dishes in the cabinet. There was no coffee cups and one spoon! The refrigerator had dried lettuce. The floor had sand on it. Yes, it’s at the beach but this was an excessive amount. The extra blankets smelled. We stayed in the condo for the weekend to move my Marine to another base. ##### Jennifer R. A lot to do around the area. Quick access to the beach. The only negative is there isn’t a quarter machine in the laundromat downstairs and the washers only take quarters.
