We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy yellow cottage. The house is centrally located, close to beaches, and has a large backyard with a deck and barbecue grill. Would recommend for 2-4 people.

It was very close to base. The house was super cute and clean. We had a couple of items that needed to be addressed while we’re there and the owner was prompt in responding and making sure our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying there again!

Great Getaway

It really is cozy, the beds are comfortable. William is great. He let us check in early and was very communicative. We were spending the 4th of July with our son who is a Marine. We would definitely stay again. The area is quiet, near the base and a walmart.

My husband and I stayed over Thanksgiving. This property is super cute, was very clean and William was an excellent host. The property is centrally located near stores and a very short drive to the Naval Air Base. I would highly recommend this place. If we are in the area again, we already agreed that this will be the place we stay at again.

A nice cozy vacation spot

When I arrived, the property was already cleaned and ready for me early. The property manager reached out to me to let me know that we can go ahead and check in. He love snacks for the kids. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The home was very clean and big enough for me and my family. I will be booking with him again if I get the opportunity when we return in the summer.

Good stay

I would stay again. It’s not in the best part of town but we had no problems. The house was clean and met all our needs. It’s on the SW corner of the city and has easy access to a lot of sights. The host was quick to reply to messages and brought a new coffee maker when the one on site stopped working.

Very comfortable home extremely close to public program

Great location for launching your boat at the Navy Point boat ramp. The home is very small but comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking for a truck and boat trailer. I was alone on this trip but there was plenty of room for another person or two. Host was very good with providing all the information that I would need. I met one neighbor who was very nice. Overall a very nice stay!!

Labor Day Weekend

The house is centrally located near shopping and food. Very quaint and cozy. Close to the base and beaches. William was very responsive. We had issue with the fridge not cooling and he brought a small fridge to tide us over. Our nineteen month old granddaughter had a wonderful time playing in the fenced backyard.

Charming home

Convenient to shopping and restaurants/fast food. Pretty centrally located to get to different parts of Pensacola beaches and Gulf shores/Orange Beach within 30 minutes. Host was pleasant (my kids loved the welcome basket) and easy to communicate with. Home is very clean and charming. Not in the greatest area but we were fine with it, had nothing to worry about. For the price we'll stay again next time.

Family Vacation July 2024

Overall this little cottage is exactly as the description says it is. It is very homey and has all of your basic needs. When I messaged William about the sheets on the pullout not being clean and the bar-b-q grill being gross he personally took care of it that day. The grass was in need of cutting, but that seems to be a normal thing for the area.. So, maybe we just keep our grass cut shorter where we come from. IDk... The neighborhood is definitely an older neighborhood, it looks kind of "sketchy". I know when my mom first seen the exterior and the location she was instantly saying, "no". I had to tell her that we weren't buying it. Once I got her inside, the house's charm won her over. The lady who lives next door with all of the junk on the porch is a very sweet lady. ❤ We never felt unsafe. I wouldn't mind staying here again. Especially if the beds were updated. They are definitely due for an update. Which, I would say is my only "complaint". Overall the house was clean and comfortable. (Might clean the oven I dont think it's been done well in awhile. Also, pleaseconsideraddinga hand rail for the front porch.) Each bedroom had it's own TV. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The only thing missing was porch swing in the back yard. Such a beautiful back yard needs a swing!! ❤

Cottage was clean and nice inside. Location and neighbors were not so good. Next door neighbors were fighting and a lady came to our door wanting to use the phone to call police. Didnt feel safe leaving anything outside. Not blaming host but anyone renting this should know its not best neighbors.
