Start your trip with chilled champagne on arrival! Leave your worries behind & unwind! This chic, newly renovated duplex is right near the heart of Pensacola! White nose machines so you can rest easy in the most central spot- less than 10 mins to the beach & less than a mile to downtown! No need to bring beach gear-we have it ready! Have to work? We got you covered there too! Come relax & fall in love with the home of the Blue Angles! Limited parking on-site, please read description.

The Home:
This cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds that can be separated or joined to make a king! Providing lots of sleeping flexibility. Both bedrooms have white noise machines to help light sleepers!

*limited parking* There is one carport on site, it is first come first served. There is plenty of parking nearby.

Beach gear provided includes a sand-proof large blanket, 4 beach towels, a sand-proof bag, a cooler, a pop up shade, and two beach chairs!

The living room area features a large comfy couch, and smart tv with all streaming apps available. The chandelier is a smart light with dozens of possible lighting settings to set any mood!

The kitchen features all full sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker, with coffee provided. We also have a Ninja Foodi that can grill and air fry!

The dining space offers more prep space as well. We have a washer/dryer on site in the hallway ready to use.

Do you need to get some work done? Look no further. We have a large automated adjustable height desk. If you want to sit and work we have a cozy chair to do so. Prefer to stand? There's an awesome balance board to help you stay in the zone. Need to print? We also have a printer ready to go!

This space is designed to have everything you could need while visiting! Come stay in the best neighborhood in Pensacola and feel the allure of East Hill!

Please note- This home is a duplex, and on a main street(we have white noise devices in each bedroom to help light sleepers.) This is the Front unit! If you want to book the back also send us a message!
