This condo is the perfect spot for a family, two couples, a bachelorette party, etc. (really anyone) looking to enjoy the very best of Pensacola! Location, Location, Location! Walk to the Palafox Market, Bay Center, a show at the Saenger. Once you've had enough and are ready to relax, return to the suite to watch a show, cook a meal on the stainless steel appliances, or play a board game with the family. This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street! \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts. While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one, as work will be done 24/7\. Please bear in mind when booking any reservations Jan-June, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Entry to the Lofts should not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!\*\*\* Check In Process: To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25\. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience. \-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. We were here for a softball showcase at UWF and had everything we needed! We had some struggles with parking because of the parade downtown but no fault to the rental team here at Brent Lofts as their directions on the detour and heads up email that road closures would occur. They went above and beyond to help us get in and even stayed late to ensure we got into our place! The loft was amazing and super clean!! Met every need and even had a washing machine pod so we could clean softball uniforms cover didn’t have to fly home with yucky clothes!! There were coffee pods, sugar, tea and coffee creamer, along with two bottles of water! There weren’t any other grocery supplies like spices, oil, butter, or condiments so be sure you grocery shop if you plan on cooking. Wasn’t a big deal for us because we planned on eating out for all meals. Amazing breakfast place right downstairs and tons of dinner options around within walking distance. Beds were super comfortable and place was large and comfortable with no outside noise. You won’t be sorry staying here and enjoyable! Perfect location! ##### MIKE K. ---
