However I sensed that the maintenance has been lacking as there was a light in one of the bedrooms that was hanging off the wall with a noticeable drywall patch. The legs on the chair were loose, the shower would not get hot. It was barely tolerable when taking a bath or shower and the trim was loose. The washer sounded like a jet engine when running.I would also recommend doing something with the front lawn. It was mostly weeds. Other than those issues we liked the place.
