Beautiful home located in the heart of Pensacola!Newly renovated with 2800 ft² of space for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation. With plenty of space for 12 or more, there's a 70" TV in the living room, a large enclosed patio, ping pong and Foosball table, fully equipped kitchen for family meals, parking for up to 6 vehicles, and much more! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We're confident that you'll enjoy your time here!20 minutes drive to the beach, 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants, airport,hospital's.

Family Summer Trip

I booked this house for our family summer trip.We were a family of 13.The house was big enough for all of us.The kids enjoyed the game/sun room.The house does come with a starter kit of house supplies but if you are a large group I would recommend bringing extra.The house was close to alot of stores.The host stayed in communication with me and made sure everything was going okay.We would definitely come back!

Pensacola

My family enjoyed the house we stayed in loved the table tennis, the Big screen TV in the family room area, the gas grill, the bedrooms, and washer and dryer unit. Loved the high chair and playpen l used for my grandson. Good location close to stores. I would use the property again. Host was easy to get in touch with to ask questions.

Family Vacation

We had the best of time!! Check in process was easy. Even let him know we arrived earlier than check in time and he allowed us to check in a bit early. We were traveling with an infant and 4 year old. After an 8/9 hour car ride they were ready to get out and we were so thankful he allowed us Early check in. The house was perfect for our family. Split plan allowed for quiet time for the adults without the teens keeping us awake. The ping pong and foosball tables were a big hit even with us adults. Contacting him was very easy and he checked on us as well. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you!!! 10 of 10 recommend!

Family vacation

The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. House was very accommodating to large families and has entertainment for kids. Great experience, will definitely look to rent from this owner next time I plan on traveling back to Pensacola.
