All the quaint charm with modern features and finishes. Curated designer materials and furniture. This home is fully equipped for leisure or business travel. Features all new king-size, quality bedding, new bikes. Walk to downtown, the bay center, many dining and nightlife options or head to the beach. The home is equipped with full kitchenware and appliances and includes laundry room. Sit back and enjoy! This historic Gertrude Simpson Taylor 1908 home has been fully renovated with designer materials, recessed lighting and all the modern comforts. Beautiful, huge dine in kitchen that is fully stocked for you. Washer and dryer included. Enjoy the expansive porches and sunsets. New Orleans style courtyard with bikes and a hot tub open from October through April. Property includes a 65" Smart TV and HiFi sound in the living room and smart TV in the master. Guests can access the entire house This home is perfectly situated in downtown and next to the Bay Center. You can walk or ride very easily. Enjoy the quiet historic neighborhood with lots of charm. Walk to happening Palafox street or take a short ride to the beach Off street parking comes with the rental and there is lots of additional safe, lit street parking as needed Off street parking and full laundry. Updated finished and a fully stocked kitchen. New Orleans style courtyard with bikes and a hot tub open from October through April. Property includes a 65" Smart TV and HiFi sound in the living room and smart TV in the master. House Rules: No more than 4 total overnight guests. No more than 8 total people in the house at any time. No Parties ever. No Smoking in the home. No loud noise after 10 pm. No shooting of fireworks on the property. Thoroughly clean any utensils, pots and pans after use. Put things back where you got them. If you break something or find something broken, contact the host. There are two bikes with locks for your use. If they are damaged, lost or stolen for any reason a $300 fee will apply Departure: Leave linens on the bed. Place all used towels in the bathtub. Set thermostat to 60° in winter and 80° in summer. Load dishwasher and start. Make sure all pots and pans are clean. Turn off all lights. Turn off TV and electronics Take out all trash and recyclables The cleaning team arrives promptly at 11:00am on your check out date so please be respectful of their time. It was the prefect place to relax and catch up. We had 3 days planned out, but my son suggested staying home one day since it was such a cute place. Immaculate and tastefully decorated. Half way between base and Pensacola Beach, close enough to bike to the Main Street which has abundance of restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again. ##### Lisa D. If you are wanting to use the hot tub on arrival day - turn up as soon as you get there… we did not and it takes a little while to go up from 89\. ( or maybe ask the owner to preheat at a little higher temp for use that same night.) Hot tub was very clean which was important for us. Bikes available and beach towels/umbrella and couple chairs.
