Our host, Lee had a wonderful gift basket for us including 2 gift certificates for 2 great restaurants. It was such a welcoming surprise. We had everything that we needed and furniture was so comfortable. We loved sitting in the balcony and watching and hearing all the different birds and the boats in the river. Even though it was spring break, our condo was in a private and quiet area. The only difficulty we had was loading and unloading our car. Even though there was an elevator , there were stairs to get to it and another set of stairs once you started to the unit which was near to the end of the condo. Of the 27 condos there I don’t think more than 5 or 6 were ever occupied at the same time. The condo is very nice, newly decorated and actually room for groceries(that’s often forgotten in rentals). Great pool area and the dock was especially nice. We had dolphins swimming by frequently and a couple of herons who hang around for handouts. If you like to fish, the dock is set up for it. Was also easy to launch kayaks there as well. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and we would definitely rent from them again! ##### Candy C.
