  • Beach Colony East 10D is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo in gated Beach Colony Resort. With 1,750 square feet of living space, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers panoramic Gulf views and direct beach access.

    ABOUT THE PROPERTY
    The living and dining area features large windows and sliding glass doors opening to a 300-square-foot beachfront terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and a standard coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a separate shower and Gulf-view tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third has two full beds. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.

    Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, linens, towels, and TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.

    AMENITIES & FEATURES
    Beach Colony Resort offers in door and outdoor pools, including a heated pool, a hot tub, fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts, and gas grilling areas. Elevator access and free parking are provided. This condo is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
