The bedrooms and family spaces well well lit and very well decorated. After a long day of driving, it was truly an oasis. While there, we "babysat" our granddaughter and her fur baby "nanny". The rooms were excellent and the backyard very spacious. The grocery store is less than a block away with food and the beach very near. I traveled with my husband, two boys, ages 18 and 20 and our dog. There was plenty of room for every one. We loved that Johnson’s Beach was a 5 min. Drive and took morning and evening walks there. Has all the amenities that you would expect. Walking distance from Publix grocery. If you are there for great seafood go to the oyster bar under the bridge. The cottage was perfect for my family. We were in just for the night for my son’s wedding. The host was very responsive and receptive to an early checkin request. It’s deceiving! From the outside it looks small, but inside it has a ton of room. The backyard is great, the proximity to Publix is great, and it took us less than 10 minutes to get on the beach and that’s only because we had to wait to get through a line.
